25 Years Experince

As CEO of Syntegra Group, I lead a multi-award-winning planning and engineering design consultancy with a core focus on sustainable development across the built environment. Since our launch in 2008, we’ve become a leading specialist in the property and construction sector, delivering projects up to £500m in value. With offices in Reading, London, Tonbridge and Bristol, we’ve saved our clients over £150m and are currently engaged in more than 100 live projects totalling £3bn+ GDV.

I bring over 25 years of experience in property development and professional services, with deep expertise in:

  • GreenTech & PropTech

 

Through our specialist subsidiary, Building Services Group Ltd, we offer unrivalled expertise in luxury hotel development across the UK and internationally. I also lead Gravitas Property Group, a Thames Valley-based development company delivering premium residential projects across London and the Home Counties, typically under £5m GDV.

I am actively involved in shaping the future of sustainable development and GreenTech innovation. My current board advisory roles include:

  • Stylib – an AI PropTech company transforming architectural product discovery and curation for designers and suppliers. I also advise its stealth-mode spin-off brand focused on AI-driven procurement across finish packages.
  • Regulyne – a pre-seed AI PropTech venture developing solutions aligned with the Building Safety Act (BSA).
